Low Libido - How to Increase Libido

As every man may suspect, the male libido, unless receiving attention, will diminish after the age of 40. The reasons for this are clear, but are all reversible. If you go by the old maxim, "use it or lose it", you will understand the real mechanism of the libido.
Libido (male) is defined as a man's sex drive with a clear desire for intercourse. In classical Asian thinking, its part of our life force, and as it diminishes, so does your life's expectancy. Why does it decrease?
- A poor diet combined with lack of exercise which accelerates the lack of testosterone production which can be corrected by simple diet changes and exercise even more critical can be the decline in nitric oxide levels but again this increases with a better lifestyle and there are some natural herbs and supplements to help you increase it. Lets look at the general problems that cause low or complete lack of libido.

1. Diet and Exercise.
If you are drinking and smoking you can expect a diminished libido.

5. Intellectual Stimulation.
You need, we all need, to keep our minds keen.
An active mind means an active endocrine system, and another avenue for keeping the libido alive or bringing it back should it have disappeared. Good books, stimulating conversations with intelligent people, learning something new, and having an inquisitive mind are all ways of stimulation of the intellect.
6. Health Problems.
Many times its your general state of health which causes not only a reduction of libido, but ED (erectile dysfunction). See your doctor, and whatever is ailing you, treat it. Do not let neglect treating any ailment. Do this now.
